Sand blasting

Our sand blasting services cleans metal materials including steel and iron prior to industrial painting. We use abrasive yet non-damaging materials such as steel grit, copper slag and powdered abrasives for heavy paint, mill scale and rust removal, and for lighter cleaning projects we use gentler media including corn cob, coconut shell and walnut shell. Our sand blasting removes very fine bits of unwanted debris at high-velocity in order to effectively clean industrial surfaces. Due to the risk of inhaling air-borne particles produced as a result of our sandblasting process, our sandblasting is conducted in a carefully controlled environment using an alternate air supply, protective gear and proper ventilation.
